Neil Sunday was born and raised in the Cumberland Valley, and grew up learning every run, bend and hole on the famous limestone creeks of the area.
A day with Neil will be relaxed and fun filled, with an emphasis on having a great day on the waters he calls home. Well versed in all methods of Flyfishing, he’s  not afraid to search for trout with tight-line tactics, or present dry flies to midge sipping risers. His patient and laid-back demeanor will have you learning a thing or two whether you’re a novice or expert angler.
Neil leads the Stream Improvements Committee and is currently a seven-year Board of Director for Cumberland Valley Trout Unlimited. He organizes work parties on the Letort Spring Run to improve habitat for wild trout.
When not working with folks on the water- he enjoys tying flies, staking the saltwater flats with his wife Lori, and collecting stamps on his Passport!

Eric Richard likes to say that as anglers we are shaped by the waters we fish, and a lifetime spent exploring the wild trout and smallmouth bass waters of his native Perry County have made a tremendous influence in his unique approach to fishing and his passion for pursuing and protecting wild fish. In 2004 Eric and his wife Mitzi began their guide service Coveted Waters. Eric was also a Fly Fishers International Certified Casting Instructor for 15 years. In 2021 Eric began guiding on the beautiful waters of the Paradise Valley and the greater Yellowstone region and spent the past two years on those streams and rivers. For 2023 Eric returns to his roots in Pennsylvania, joining the Relentless Fly Fishing team and guiding clients on the waters knows intimately. Eric's professional life has been working as a youth counselor for the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services. A day with Eric will not only  be a great fishing experience, but a unique opportunity to learn more about our wild fish.

Eric Naguski Eric Naguski has spent the last 40 years chasing trout around Pennsylvania with a fly rod in hand. He is the owner of Riseforms Fly Fishing guide service and also a guide for Relentless Fly Fishing. He currently lives and guides out of Boiling Springs, PA in the heart of the Cumberland Valley. Surrounded by its legendary Spring Creeks and their notoriously difficult trout. Eric is a bug geek and loves to dry fly fish. To him, sharing the experience of successfully presenting a dry fly to a picky rising fish with a client is most often more fun than doing it himself.Eric has a biology degree in aquatic ecology and is heavily involved in conservation activities in the Cumberland Valley as a board member of Cumberland Valley TU. He also finds the time to serve on the board of the Pennsylvania Fly Fishing Museum Association working to preserve and promote the storied history of fly fishing in Pennsylvania. Eric enjoys fly fishing for saltwater fish and has caught fish on the fly from Massachusetts to Mexico, but his heart lies in the limestone streams of Pennsylvania.

Frank Landis has been working as a fly shop employee at TCO Boiling Spring for the last 3 years and is excited to join the Relentless guide crew this season. As a full time teacher, Frank prides himself on helping others not only catch fish, but to learn skills and techniques that they can apply to their own fishing. Frank preferes to target wild trout and spends most of his time fishing all of what the Cumberland Valley has to offer. He will also never turn down the chance to fish the rich limestone streams of Central Pennsylvania for wild brown trout or explore remote native brook trout streams. Frank dabbles in the world of competitive fly fishing and specializes in European style nymphing, but is able to apply a wide variety of tactics to help you become a well rounded angler. If you’re on a trip with Frank, he will be willing to share his knowledge about casting, reading water and trout behavior at a level that is as technical or as simple as you want to get. His goal is to meet you at your level and help you improve your game, wherever that might be.

Jake Gilliland - At an early age, I was introduced to the outdoors and found myself hunting, camping, and of course, fishing. It wasn’t until I had an unforgettable experience on a small spring creek in central PA that fishing took on a whole new meaning in life. The hooking and landing of a pretty sizable brown trout was enough to make fly fishing my life long passion, and to my astonishment, a career.
I got my formal education at Penn State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Fisheries Science. During my college years, I had my first guiding opportunity in Colorado as a fly fishing guide and I fell in love with education. Less than a year after graduating college, I moved to Alaska to pursue more guiding and ended up completing four successful seasons with a highly reputable company. I now have 5 full seasons of guiding under my belt.

I’ve been fly fishing for 15 years and have been an industry professional since 2013. In addition to being a guide, I work full time at TCO Fly Shop in Boiling Springs, PA. I enjoy educating people about all aspects of fly fishing but I particularly enjoy teaching clients about entomology and on the water techniques, especially nymphing. When I’m not “working”, you’ll either find me on the water or at my vice tying flies.

John Parisi has spent the last 20 years fishing all over Pennsylvania but spends most of his time on the limestone creeks of eastern PA. These pressured wild trout streams can be challenging but will teach you something every time. Always a fan of catching fish with different techniques he might be fishing tiny olives to rising fish in the spring, sight fishing with terrestrials in the summer, or throwing streamers in the winter. Working full time in the TCO Haverford store has allowed him to introduce countless people to the sport of fly fishing over the years. Educating people about the sport has always been one of his favorite parts of the job, whether it’s Orvis 101’s, group classes with TCO, or guide trips on the water his patience and passion for fly fishing and fly tying always shows. John grew up an artist as well and it is no surprise that trout and the rivers they live in make their way into his paintings.

Shane Clemens - Fly fishing is not just a hobby for me, it's a passion. I come from a family where hunting and fishing are a way of life. At a very early age, my grandfather taught me all his secrets of fly fishing on the small streams around the PA Grand Canyon. He instilled in me the passion of being on the water, something that has stayed with me my entire life. My father also taught me to respect and appreciate the outdoors and to pass down these same qualities to my two daughters. Our family trips to the mountains often involve contests for who caught the first fish, the biggest fish, and the most fish. On my perfect weekend, you can find me hiking the small back wood streams in Tioga County with my wife, only carrying with us a backpack, two short 3 weights, and a few cold IPAs. When I am not on the small streams in PA, I love traveling out west for wild browns and cutties in the rivers of Colorado, Montana, and Wyoming. This is truly a passion for me, and turning this passion into a job with TCO is an amazing opportunity.

Mike Rosa grew up in Southeastern Pennsylvania riding his bike to any valley that held even the slightest trickle of water in search of life. Fast forward to age 34 and you’ll find him doing the same thing. Only this time, pulling a raft to any river within reach with the same goal in mind.
Mike has been fishing since the age of 5 and his passion for fishing shows no signs of slowing down. Mike has honed his skills through years of floating rivers for smallmouth, brown trout and musky and carp. He also loves bushwhacking and putting miles on the feet finding areas less traveled by your average fisherman to find fish who may have never seen a fly.

Andy Ellis was born to his father’s house in the great city of Baltimore.  Immediately after there was much celebration and countless parades.  Andy was expected to achieve great things for all of humankind, that is until he discovered fly fishing…  All hope was quickly lost in Andy and the great discoveries he would bring to the world.  Andy pursued his passion for fly fishing like all other teenagers would, becoming easily distracted by wine, women, and song.  Despite these countless distractions Andy always came back to fishing, mostly so he could post mediocre fish pictures to his social media accounts.  He has fished all up and down the East Coast and beyond but keeps coming back to the great waters of Pennsylvania.  Andy is eager to share his passion for fly fishing with both the new and seasoned anglers alike!
